On motion of TRUSTEE_____, seconded by TRUSTEE _____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York, with a ___ vote.
Resolution #113-2022
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson was awarded $5,000 through
the Public Employer Risk Management Association, Inc. (PERMA) to
reimburse the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department for the purchase of a
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) washer; and
WHEREAS, this award requires that a contract between the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson and PERMA be executed so that funds may be distributed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute the contract with PERMA for a grant in the amount of
$5,000 to reimburse the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department for the purchase
of a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) washer.
