On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted unanimously by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #121-2022
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has received American Rescue Plan
Act funds in the amount of $415,126.95; and
WHEREAS, this payment represents the second of two payments the Village will
receive under this legislative act,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized
to make the following budget amendment to the 2022-2023 General Fund budget
as follows:
