An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was
held on Monday, July 18, 2022, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Rosales, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 7:58 PM for discussions related to matters of personnel
involving specific individuals.

No action was taken.
