On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #128-2022
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby approves the Memorandum of Agreement between the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson and the Croton Police Association, covering the vaccination and testing
of unit members for COVID-19; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to
execute the agreement on behalf of the Village Board of Trustees.
