On the motion of ___________, seconded by _____________, the 
following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- 
on-Hudson, New York with the following vote:  
. 
 
Resolution #131-2022 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is interested in pursuing grant funding 
from New York State for the acquisition of electric vehicle charging stations at the 
Croton-Harmon Train Station; and 
 
WHEREAS, an appraisal of existing parking spaces is required for this process; and 
 
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the appraisal is $2,500; and  
 
WHEREAS, funding for this expense was not included in the 2022-2023 General 
Fund Budget, 
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the 
Village Treasurer to transfer $2,500 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the 
following account: 
 
A1940.4000 – Survey of Land:     $2,500
