An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was
held on Monday, August 22, 2022, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
On a motion by Trustee Horowitz, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted unanimously to
enter into an executive session at 6:47 PM to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of
real property.
