Dear Mayor Pugh and Village Trustees, 
 
we had a Building Permit issued via our contractor on 10/27/2021. 
Building Permit #20210122 
On 8/22/2022, we amended the permit to self-contract and finish the project as the renovation 
under the original issued permit became too difficult. 
 
As difficulties continue in making the final stretch to finish the project and the cost to do so is 
putting a tremendous financial burden on us, I am asking you to please wave the Permit 
Amendment Fee of $75.00. 
 
Your consideration would be much appreciated.
