On motion of TRUSTEE __, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #140-2022 WHEREAS, the Village is seeking to upgrade the heat pump equipment in the Village Court Room; and WHEREAS, the upgrades would include increasing the capacity from a two-ton system to a four-ton system, the addition of one supply register and one complete return, and new voltage control wiring; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a quote from R&R Heating and Cooling of Thornwood, New York for $12,950; and WHEREAS, the funding for this purchase was not included in the 2022-2023 General Fund budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $12,950 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to the following account: A1620.4000 - BUILDINGS-CONTRACTUAL – $12,950 Dated: October 3, 2022
