See below, as well as the attached file, for the Bond Act allocations (total $4.2 billion): • $1.1 billion for flood risk reduction (increase of $100 million from original) o $250 million for property buyout o $100 million shoreline protection o $100 million waterfront revitalization • $650 million for open space and land conservation (increase of $100 million) o $75 million for fish hatcheries o $300 million for open space o $150 million farmland protection • $1.5 billion for climate change mitigation (increase of $800 million) o $500 million for electric school buses and chargers o $400 million for green buildings (enacted agreement adds school districts as eligible recipients) o $100 million for climate change adaptation and mitigation o $200 million to address air and water pollution in disadvantaged communities • $650 million for water quality improvement (increase of $100 million) o $200 million for water infrastructure improvement o $250 million for municipal stormwater grants • $300 million unallocated (increase of $100 million) The Bond Act passed in the SFY 20-21 Budget, as well as the SFY 22-23 Budget.
