Please be advised that Homeland Towers, LLC will perform a balloon test on Saturday, October 
22, 2022 (with a rollover date on Sunday, October 23) from 9AM to 12:30PM as part of their 
study for a Wireless Facility/Tower. Test location is 230 Hessian Hills Road, Croton-on- 
Hudson, NY. All interested parties are welcome to observe the test.
