On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, 
New York, with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #147-2022 
 
WHEREAS, Ten Old Post Road South Corporation, located at 2 Croton Point 
Avenue, owns the property located at 10 Old Post Road South; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village owns and operates a municipal parking lot adjacent to the 
property at 10 Old Post Road South; and 
 
WHEREAS, six parking spaces in the municipal parking lot are located adjacent to 
10 Old Post Road South; and 
 
WHEREAS, the six parking spaces located adjacent to 10 Old Post Road South are 
approximately half on the Village property and half on the Corporation property; 
and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village and the Corporation signed an agreement in 2012 to 
formalize this arrangement; and 
 
WHEREAS, this agreement has since expired, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby 
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement between Ten Old Post 
Road South Corporation and the Village of Croton-on-Hudson for the use of six 
parking spaces along the north side of 10 Old Post Road South for the period 
beginning September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2027, subject to the final approval 
of the Village Attorney.
