On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #149-2022
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees established the Water Control
Commission to review activities which take place within any wetlands or wetlands
buffer in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson; and
WHEREAS, Section 227-4(B) of the Village Code establishes the terms of office
for each commission member; and
WHEREAS, the current terms of the commission members are inconsistent with the
terms spelled out in the law, namely that one member’s term should expire each
year,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
adjusts the terms of the members of the Water Control Commission as follows:
Stuart Greenbaum: Term to expire December 31, 2022
Leo Wiegman: Term to expire December 31, 2023
Richard Wetherbee: Term to expire December 31, 2024
Mark Goldfarb: Term to expire December 31, 2025
William Pfrang: Term to expire December 31, 2026
