On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #153-2022 WHEREAS, the Public Officers Law requires that every agency maintain a subject matter list of records available under the Freedom of Information Law; and WHEREAS, the New York State Committee on Open Government has advised that the state records schedule can be adopted to serve as the subject matter list, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby adopts the updated FOIL Policy to include the Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York State Local Government Records (LGS-1) as the Village official subject matter list for records.
