On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, 
New York, with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #154-2022 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has leased a portion of the Croton-
Harmon Train Station parking lot for the purpose of a telecommunications tower 
since 2006; and 
 
WHEREAS, the tower currently has four carriers providing coverage to the Village; 
and 
 
WHEREAS, the current tenant, M&B Towers LLC of West Babylon, New York, 
has requested a lease amendment to increase the monthly payment to the Village and 
provide for the modification of the lease term, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby 
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement between the Village and 
M&B Towers LLC of West Babylon, New York.
