On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #155-2022
WHEREAS, the joint Fall Festival & Oktoberfest was held on Saturday, October 8,
2022; and
WHEREAS, the Village received additional revenues from the issuance of vendor
permits, and incurred additional expenses related to the event,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget amendment:
Increase Revenue Account
A1410.2590 Village Clerk - Permits
$5,000.00
Increase Expenditure Account
A7550.4000 Celebrations – Contractual
$5,000.00
