To: From: Date: November 1, 2022 Re: Croton Lions Club Christmas Tree Sale The Croton Lions Club has reached out to me requesting permission to once again hold their Christmas tree sale on South Riverside Avenue in front of Shoprite. The sale area encompasses a portion of the Village parking spaces along South Riverside Avenue. These parking spaces are overflow spaces for the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot and are sporadically used. I have spoken with Vic Conte, Secretary of the Lions Club, who has advised that the fire hydrant on South Riverside Avenue will remain accessible in an emergency. Please consider authorizing the closure of these parking spaces for the period between November 18 and December 24, 2022. Thank you.
