On motion of TRUSTEE ____, seconded by TRUSTEE _____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #166-2022 WHEREAS, on January 4, 2021, the Village Board issued a Special Permit for a multi-family residential building at 25 South Riverside Avenue (“the Project”) subject to various conditions; and WHEREAS, the developers have recently submitted limited support of excavation (SOE) and proposed retaining wall plans to the Engineering Department; and WHEREAS, Daniel O’Connor, Village Engineer, desires assistance with review of these specialized plans; and WHEREAS, on October 18, 2022, LaBella Associates of Latham, New York, submitted a proposal for professional services related to the review of this portion of the Project, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement between LaBella Associates and the Village of Croton-on-Hudson for services related to the technical review of the proposed Riverside Apartment project located at 25 South Riverside Avenue; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such expense is available in A730.22415 (Escrow).
