On motion of TRUSTEE , seconded by TRUSTEE , the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, with
a - vote.
Resolution #167-2022
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is currently unable to accept in-
person payments via credit card;
WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from Worldpay LLC of Symmes
Township, Ohio, to install credit card terminals in the main Village office; and
WHEREAS, the vendor is under New York State contract (#PS68916) to provide
credit card processing services to local municipalities; and
WHEREAS, this service will be provided free of charge to the Village,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute an agreement with Worldpay, LLC to
provide credit card processing services for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson.
