On motion of TRUSTEE ____, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #170-2022
WHEREAS the Village would like to amend Chapter 20 of the Village Code, Code
of Ethics; and
WHEREAS the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local
Law Introductory No. 17 of 2022, which has been drafted for such purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
calls for a Public Hearing on December 5, 2022, at 7 PM to consider Local Law
Introductory No. 17 of 2022 to amend Chapter 20 of the Village Code, Code of
Ethics; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such Public Hearing shall be held in the
Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal
Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, New York 10520.
