On motion of TRUSTEE _____, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following 
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. 
Resolution #171-2022 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department would like to 
continue participating in Westchester County’s STOP DWI Program; and 
WHEREAS, this program is an overtime, added, patrol effort to enforce the New 
York State Vehicle and Traffic Laws against intoxicated and impaired driving 
(DWI/DWAI) in Westchester County; and 
WHEREAS, the municipality may seek reimbursement from the County for an 
amount not to exceed $10,000, 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to 
sign the STOP DWI Patrol Project Reimbursement contract with Westchester 
County commencing October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
