On motion of TRUSTEE _____, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted unanimously by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York; with a - vote. Resolution # 174-2022 WHEREAS, on November 15, 2010, the Village Board of Trustees approved the renewal of a special permit for the operation of a day care center at 114 Grand Street at the Holy Name of Mary Church for a 5-year period; and WHEREAS, this special permit has expired and must be renewed in accordance with the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code; and WHEREAS, the Church of the Holy Name of Mary has submitted a special permit renewal application and a request to waive the renewal fee; and WHEREAS, renewal of the special permit does not require an environmental review, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby refers the special permit application to the Village Planning Board in accordance with Village law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that, after consideration of the permit applicant’s request, the permit fee of $250 is hereby waived.
