On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #177-2022
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been allocated $100,000 in
funding through the New York State Community Resiliency, Economic
Sustainability, and Technology (CREST) grant program; and
WHEREAS, such funding, pending approval form the Dormitory Authority of New
York, may be spent towards capital projects; and
WHEREAS, the Village desires to utilize these funds for the expansion of the
Harmon Firehouse to create a new headquarters for Croton EMS,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to accept the grant funding in the amount of $100,000 and work with
New York State to allocate the funding towards the Harmon Firehouse expansion
project.
