On motion of TRUSTEE_____, seconded by TRUSTEE _____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York; with the following vote: -. Resolution #178-2022 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson utilizes flow meters at its water distribution pumps to measure the amount of water being pumped through the distribution system; and WHEREAS, the existing meters are a minimum of thirty years old, and have reached the end of their functional life; and WHEREAS, the Village has received a quote for two new flow meters from Miller Energy Inc. of South Plainfield, New Jersey for a total cost of $10,956.48; and WHEREAS, as this emergency expense was unforeseen, funding for this expense was not included in the 2022-2023 Water Fund budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to transfer $10,956.48 from Water Fund Contingency Account F1990.4000 to the following account: F8320.2000 – Supply - Equipment $10,956.48 Dated: November 21, 2022
