On motion of TRUSTEE , seconded by TRUSTEE , the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #179-2022
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has asked to transfer the funds from
the organic recycling account to cover solid waste invoices from fiscal year 2022; and
WHEREAS, funds are currently available in the organic recycling account due to
previously encumbered funds being released,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to transfer $5,751.30 from A8090.4150 Recycling
– Disposal Fees to the following account:
A8160.4150 Refuse – Disposal Fees
$5,751.30
