On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a
- vote.
Resolution #179-2026
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
undertakes the following actions:
1. Approving the request to hold the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of
Commerce scarecrow contest during fall 2026.
2. Refer the consistency review request from MTA Metro-North Railroad to the
Waterfront Advisory Committee for their review and comment.
3. Filing for the record the 2025 Energy Benchmarking Report, the letter from
Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services for the
Senior Citizens Hall of Fame and the letter from AAA Northeast announcing
the 2026 Gold Award for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson in the AAA
