On motion of Trustee ____, seconded by Trustee _____, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #190-2026
WHEREAS, there are a number of capital projects that have been completed
throughout the past fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, upon discussion with the Village Manager, the Village Treasurer
recommends closing the capital accounts associated with these projects as follows:

Village Treasurer to close the above listed accounts as of May 31, 2026, and return
$5,068.26 to the General Fund and $13,595.58 to the Debt Service Fund.
