following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #191-2026
WHEREAS, a ground ladder owned by the Village of Croton-on-Hudson was
damaged during the installation of spray foam in the police department storage shed;
and
WHEREAS, the spray foam company has provided restitution for the ladder in the
amount of $355.30; and
WHEREAS, Chief of Police John Nikitopoulos has requested that the funds received
be allocated to the police supplies budget line to allow for the purchase of a new
ladder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to amend the 2026-2027 General Fund budget as follows:
