following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #193-2026
WHEREAS, the brackets holding the pumps in the Arrowcrest Sewer Pump Station
failed last month; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works undertook emergency repairs to ensure
the continued operation of the pump station; and
WHEREAS, the cost of these repairs was not anticipated in the 2026-2027 Sewer
Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2026-2027 Sewer
Fund budget:
