On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #195-2026
WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid on July 16, 2026, for the purchase
of a 2025 or 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe police pursuit vehicle; and
WHEREAS, one bid was submitted by the deadline of July 24, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid received was from Emergency Vehicle Specialist of
Poughkeepsie, New York, in the amount of $51,900; and
WHEREAS, John Nikitopoulos, Chief of Police, has recommended moving forward
with the low bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 7-2026 to Emergency Vehicle Specialist of Poughkeepsie, New York,
in the amount of $51,900.
