On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #197-2026
WHEREAS, the replacement of traffic signals on South Riverside Avenue at its
intersection with Benedict Boulveard and its intersection with Croton Point Avenue was
included in the 2025-2026 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, the level of technical specification needed for the development of the bid
documents require third-party assistance; and
WHEREAS, Nelson & Pope Engineering, Architecture and Land Surveying of Melville,
New York, has provided a proposal in the amount of $9,500 to develop the bid
documents and provide assistance during bid review,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to accept the proposal from Nelson & Pope Engineering, Architecture and Land
Surveying of Melville, New York, in the amount of $9,500.
