On motion of TRUSTEE __________, seconded by TRUSTEE ___________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #202-2026 WHEREAS, the State of New York enacted Labor Law § 27-c, which requires public employers to adopt a plan for operations if the Governor declares a public health emergency involving a communicable disease; and WHEREAS, the Village Clerk prepared a health emergency plan in accordance with the legislation; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees adopted the Public Employer Health Emergency Plan for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson on March 15, 2021; and WHEREAS, the plan was last amended on April 10, 2023; and WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson desires to amend the Public Employer Health Emergency Plan; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments were circulated on August 17, 2026, to the collective bargaining units of the Village, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 456, and the Croton Police Association, as required by law for review and comment, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby adopts the amended Public Employer Health Emergency Plan for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Clerk shall post the amended plan in the necessary locations per the adopted legislation.
