On motion of TRUSTEE _________, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote:
Resolution #206-2026
WHEREAS, the Croton Business Council is desirous of holding an "Oktoberfest"
festival on Grand Street between Old Post Road S. and Mt. Airy Road on September
26, 2026, with a rain date of October 3, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has provided the Croton Business
Council with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that delineates the respective
rights and obligations of the parties and defines their relationship for the
“Oktoberfest” event,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with
the Croton Business Council related to the “Oktoberfest” event.
