On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #209-2026
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees adopted the 2026-2031 Capital Budget Plan
on April 22, 2026; and
WHEREAS, since that time, it has been necessary to add additional funding for the Half
Moon Bay Bridge and Brook Street Drainage Project to the capital plan; and
WHEREAS, the revised capital plan reduces the debt issuance for this current fiscal year
by $420,520, a 9% decrease; and
WHEREAS, this decrease has been made possible due to an additional $1,715,000 in
grant funding for various projects,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees adopts the
revised capital budget plan for the years 2026-2031.
