On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #223-2026
WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid on July 23, 2026, for maintenance
services on the Village’s various HVAC equipment; and
WHEREAS, three bids were submitted by the deadline of August 13, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid received was from HVAC Now Inc. of Poughkeepsie, New
York, in the amount of $49,375; and
WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has recommended moving
forward with the low bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 8-2026 to HVAC Now Inc. of Poughkeepsie, New York, in the amount
of $49,375.
