An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
was held on September 17, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Kellerhouse Municipal Building.
Present:
Mayor Pugh
Trustee Nicholson
Trustee Simon
Trustee Slippen (arrived at approximately 9 PM)
Village Attorney Joshua Subin (left at approximately 8:45 PM)
Village Manager Bryan Healy (left at approximately 9 PM)
Trustee Politi was absent.
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and
approved with a 3-0 vote at 8:06 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the executive session at 9:57 PM.
