Solar PV Systems
• Total new system size of 509.57 kW
Carport canopy systems – HS (135.3 kW) and PVC MS
(118.8 kW)
Roof mounted systems – HS (129.21 kW), PVC MS (83.78
kW), and CET ES (42.48 kW)
•
Connect to existing roof mounted systems (HS – 104.8 kW, PVC
MS – 30.4 kW, and CET ES – 227.92 kW) and move everything
to in front of the meter (direct to the utility)
•
Compensated now on the NYS VDER tariff – greater economic
return versus your current behind the meter installation
Unit Ventilator Replacements
• Replace four (4) existing classroom unit ventilators at PVC MS –
4th floor, rooms 407, 408, 409, & 415
• New units shall now include DX cooling
• New units shall be connected to the District-wide building
automation system to allow for remote monitoring and control
