Public Hearing -- District Wide Safety Plan Subject 3.4 Adoption of the District Wide Safety & Emergency Management Plan and Building-Level Emergency Response Plans Type Action Recommended Action BE IT RESOLVED, after having given the public an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing, the Board of Education hereby adopts the District Wide Safety Plan and Building Level Emergency Response Plans; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District Clerk is directed to file the District Wide Safety Plan and Building-Level Emergency Response Plans with the Commissioner of Education within 30 days of the adoption, as well as provide a copy to appropriate local law enforcement agencies and the state police. Motion & Voting BE IT RESOLVED, after having given the public an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing, the Board of Education hereby adopts the District Wide Safety Plan and Building Level Emergency Response Plans; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District Clerk is directed to file the District Wide Safety Plan and Building-Level Emergency Response Plans with the Commissioner of Education within 30 days of the adoption, as well as provide a copy to appropriate local law enforcement agencies and the state police.
