RESOLVED: The Board of Education hereby approves the agreements for the afterschool programs of Croton Academy of Arts and LEAP contingent upon the receipt of all required licensing and insurance documentation in compliance with New York State regulations. This approval is conditional, and the contract shall not be executed or become effective until such documentation has been provided and reviewed to the satisfaction of the district's legal counsel and administration.
