Consent Agenda for Organizational Meeting Subject 5.08 Certification of Payroll Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools be authorized to certify payrolls to the proper authorities on the occasions required, and the Assistant Superintendent for Business be authorized to adjust payrolls, in accordance with all bargaining units and those represented by benefit agreements currently in effect with the Croton-Harmon Board of Education including, but not limited to, CTA members that have submitted evidence of approved accumulated graduate/in-service hours to the District Office. Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all items under the consent agenda for the organizational meeting as presented. Motion by Ana Teague, second by Allison Samuels.
