Consent Agenda for Organizational Meeting Subject 5.14 Conference Attendance Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: that the Superintendent of Schools and or authorized personnel be authorized to approve attendance of school staff at conferences, conventions, workshops, etcetera; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that all officers and members of the Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools be reimbursed for all authorized expenses incurred at conferences such as, but not limited to, those called by the National School Board Association (NSBA), the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA), Westchester/Putnam School Boards Association (WPSBA), New York State Association of School Business Officials (NYSASBO), Sole Supervisory District of Putnam-Northern Westchester Counties Board of Cooperative Education Services (PNW BOCES), New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS), American Association of School Administrators (AASA), Annenberg Institute, Mid-Hudson School Study Council (MHSSC), Lower Hudson Council of School Superintendents (LHCSS), and the New York State Education Department (NYSED), or other appropriate professional development activities, upon receipt of receipts and with approved purchase orders in place prior to incurring expenses as per policy; Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all items under the consent agenda for the organizational meeting as presented.
