Consent Agenda for Organizational Meeting Subject 5.18 Acting Principals Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: That, when a Building Principal will be absent from his or her assigned building after 12:00 p.m. with no intent to return, during such absence, the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District hereby permits a designated district Assistant Principal to serve as the “Acting Principal” and, while serving as the “Acting Principal”, the Assistant Principal will have all the powers and duties of the Building Principal, including but not limited to the authority to suspend students out of school for five days or less. Motion & Voting RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves all items under the consent agenda for the organizational meeting as presented. Motion by Ana Teague, second by Allison Samuels.
