RESOLVED: That the Board of Education review the Board Policies on Parent and Family Engagement (1901), School Board Member Ethics (2160), School Board Member Ethics Regulation (2160-R), School Board Member Code of Ethics Exhibit (2160-E), Code of Conduct (5300), Investments (6240), Purchasing (6700). The Board shall also review building-level attendance data as required under Commissioner's Regulations section 104.1, and if the data shows a decline in attendance rates, shall review its policy on Attendance (5100). In addition, the Board of Education shall review the Open Meetings Law (Public Officers Law, Article 7).
