On motion of TRUSTEE _______, seconded by TRUSTEE _________, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York. 
 
Resolution #234-2024 
 
WHEREAS, Village Law § 4-412 provides that the Board of Trustees may determine 
its own rules of procedure; and  
 
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2018, the Board of Trustees adopted Rules of Procedure 
for the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton on Hudson; and  
 
WHEREAS, on August 2, 2021, the Board of Trustees amended the Rules of Procedure 
for the Board of Trustees; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has determined that revisions to the Rules of 
Procedure are necessary to ensure they reflect the current operational needs and best 
practices of the Village, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby adopts 
the Amended Rules of Procedure for the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson pursuant to Village Law § 4-412 attached hereto.
