RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District hereby grants in part and denies in part the appeal of Student No. 24280, as set forth in its Decision dated June 4, 2026, which Decision is approved herein, and directs the District Clerk to issue said Decision to the student’s parents and the Superintendent of Schools.
