Consent Agenda Subject 5.13 Health and Welfare Services Agreements for 2025-2026 Type Action (Consent) Recommended Action RESOLVED: That the Board of Education hereby approves the health and welfare services agreements as presented. Agreement between Croton-Harmon UFSD and Katonah-Lewisboro UFSD for five (5) residents attending non-public schools in the Katonah-Lewisboro UFSD at a rate of $1,778.02 per student for a total of $8,890.10 during the 2025-2026 school year. Agreement between Croton-Harmon UFSD and the Union Free School District of the Tarrytowns for nine (9) residents attending non-public schools in the UFSD of the Tarrytowns at a rate of $1,380.03 per student for a total of $12,420.27 during the 2025-2026 school year.
