This development will benefit village coffers, its urban fabric, and yes, its current residents. The paved parking lot location is as good as it gets for conserving our green spaces. The largest parking lot in our village will remain next door and provide ample opportunity for residents of the building to purchase spaces if the spots offered do not fit their needs, which will be a win-win for the village. We are fortunate to have an opportunity to provide new housing in the area where people want to live, near an express stop to the services offered in the city. We must all do our part to keep this country, which we are all a part of, growing and thriving.
