I have updated the below chart with the latest information: Prior to 1960 1,813 - 1960 to 1979 +652 36% increase 1980 to 1999 +502 20% increase 2000 to 2019 +214 7% increase 2020 to present +101 3% increase The breakdown of the units from 2020 to the present is as follows: • 14 single-family homes • 1 two-family home • 72 multi-family units • 14 ADUs/Accessory Apartments Over the past five years, the annual growth rate has averaged 0.64%. If you were to include the three projects which have received special permit approval but have not yet received building permits, and extended the period to 2027 (reasonable date to expect the issuance of building permits for all three projects), the annual growth rate would average 0.90%.
