| SOMERS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT P.O. BOX 620 LINCOLNDALE, NY 10540 (914) 277-2410 CONTRACT FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE SERVICES This agreement made in duplicate this 10" day of February, 2026 by and between the Board of Education of the Croton-Harmon UFSD, County of Westchester, New York (the School District of Residence) and the Board of Education of the Somers Central Schoo! District, County of Westchester, New York. WITNESSETH, that whereas the School District of Residence is duly empowered by the provisions of Section 912 of the Education Law to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing health and welfare services to the child/children residing in said school district and attending non-public schools in the Somers Central School District to begin on September 1, 2025 and to end on June 30, 2026. Now, therefore, the Schoo! District of Residence agrees to pay the Somers Central School District the sum of $1,571.55 per pupil for health and welfare services provided to 2 child/children residing in the District of Residence and attending non-public schools in the Somers Central School District. And the Somers Central School District hereby agrees with the Croton-Harmon UFSD as follows: 1. That the services to be provided shall consist of annual medical inspection, school nursing service, vision and hearing tests, examinations for employment certificates for students, examinations for participation in athletics, notification of parents regarding defects and follow-up. 2. That the Somers Central School District will also furnish the following equipment to be used in providing such services as requested by the authorities in charge of the non-public school: scales, vision and hearing devices, first aid supplies. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the services agreed to be supplied under this contract shall not include any teaching services.
