BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon Union Free School District hereby authorizes and approves the Stipulation of Settlement for student #20348, together with all terms therein, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the Stipulation of Settlement for student #20348 and the Superintendent of Schools is further authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate the terms of the Stipulation of Settlement.
