On motion of TRUSTEE ________, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #182-2025 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been working with AT&T Wireless in consideration of a lease agreement and special permit to co-locate a wireless facility at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street; and WHEREAS, this application is considered an Eligible Facilities Request under federal law, which requires the Village Board to render a decision within 60 days of receiving the application; and WHEREAS, a Short Environmental Assessment Form and a Coastal Assessment Form have been drafted in connection with the Proposed Action, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. The Village Board hereby determines that the Proposed Action is an Unlisted Action under SEQRA; 2. The Village Board hereby declares itself Lead Agency for SEQRA purposes; 3. The Village Board hereby refers the necessary documentation to the Village Waterfront Advisory Committee for a recommendation of consistency with the Village’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that a public hearing on the special permit application for the co-location of an AT&T Wireless facility at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building be scheduled for August 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building. Dated: July 23, 2025
